At Afro-Lux Curls, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
